About Me
It's the simple act of lacing up my sneakers that fills me with gratitude at what my body can do myspace.com/oneinmillioncontradiction I am studying Nutrition and Fitness- and I am working to become a Personal Trainer. I have two girls who are 10 1/2 months apart. They are 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. I am currently losing my baby weight- I have lost 97 lbs (that is the total amount of baby weight that I had gained so , I guess that means that I've finally lost it!) in the past year and I still have 16 more lbs to go. I am active! I love the outdoors and anything that will keep me moving and motivated. I do not believe in diets. I believe that people must cut out most of the processed crap and stick to the naturals- fruit , veggies , nuts , eggs , and healthy meat.
