I am a 42 year old woman looking for friends or groups to work out. I love to be out-doors , love to jog , power-walk , even if the weather is not good , like to just throw on a jacket and go. I do belong to Bally's Fitness on Nimbus and go there five days a week to lift weights and get some toning done. I would love to gather a group of men and women to power=walk or jog in the eve's.
